First Call Feed.

What arrives

Every Monday, one email for your state. No login, no portal, no attachment — the email is the product, and everything in it links back to the state’s own records.

The Monday email, top to bottom

The week’s count and window. How many newly licensed contractors, for which dated window — and when a row reached the feed after its issue week, the email says so plainly rather than letting the header imply otherwise.

A start-here shortlist. The five rows worth working first, contactable ones ahead, each with its licence number and where it points.

A first-touch script that matches your state’s channel. Phone states get a call opener; where the board publishes emails but no phones, an email opener; where it publishes neither, the three-play mail workflow (same-day letter citing the licence number, the name-plus-city lookup, the day-30 phone append). No state gets a phone script for a mailing list.

The full table. Only columns your state actually publishes — an all-blank column is the state’s gap, and we drop it rather than ship a spreadsheet of blanks.

The hosted list and the CSV

The email links a private, tokenized page with the same list — bookmarkable all week, no login — and a CSV download. Whatever else a state publishes, the CSV always carries each row’s business name, licence number and source link: that a row is checkable against the state is the promise, not a feature.

What it costs and what it never includes

One buyer per state — when your state’s seat is taken, it is not sold again. Prices are per state, on the pricing card, and reflect each state’s real contact channel. We never append broker contact data: every field comes from the state’s own published record.

The aggregates here are free. The paid feed carries every new licence in full, for one state, sold to one agency in it. What the record contains varies by state — the board decides, not us — and each state's price and spec sheet say exactly what you get. 9 contractor states are open today.
